Support Chatbot
π Find this in the app: A floating chat button in the bottom corner of every Admin Panel screen. Admin/superAdmin only β members and staff do not currently have access to it.
Instead of emailing support or digging through this wiki yourself, you can ask a question in plain language and get an instant answer, sourced from this wiki.
How it worksβ
A small chat bubble sits in the corner of the admin panel. Click it to open a chat window, type your question (e.g. "how do I renew a horse's vaccination?"), and the assistant answers using this wiki as its reference material β the same pages you're reading right now.
It only ever answers from the wiki. If your question isn't covered by any wiki page, the assistant says so honestly instead of guessing β it will never invent an answer or make up a feature that doesn't exist.
1. Starting a Conversation (Create)β
Click the chat bubble and type your question. Your first message starts a new conversation; every question after that continues the same conversation, so the assistant remembers what you already asked.
2. Reading a Conversation (Read)β
Everything you and the assistant have said stays visible in the chat panel while it's open, so you can scroll back up to re-read an earlier answer.
3. Starting Over (Update)β
If you want to ask about something unrelated to your current conversation, use the "New conversation" option to clear the chat and start fresh. This keeps the assistant's answers focused and relevant, since a long, mixed conversation can make it lose track of the original topic.
4. Closing the Chat (Delete)β
Click the chat bubble again (or the close button) to collapse the panel. Nothing is deleted β your conversation is still there if you reopen it, unless you explicitly started a new one.
A few things to knowβ
- Enabling it: An admin needs to turn on the Support Chatbot toggle on the Configuration page first.
- Not a PRO feature: Every stable can use it, PRO subscription or not.
- A busy hour: To keep things running smoothly for everyone, there's a cap on how many messages can be sent per stable per hour. If you hit it, just wait a bit and try again.
- It only knows what's written down: The assistant's knowledge comes directly from this wiki. If a page here is out of date or missing, the assistant's answer will be too β so the most useful thing you can do if it gives a wrong or unhelpful answer is let your Equidentity contact know, so the wiki (and therefore the assistant) can be corrected.
