Booking a Lesson (Members)
1. Browsing Lessons
Open the app and go to My Stable → Events → Lessons. You will see a calendar of upcoming lessons at your stable — each card shows the discipline, date, time, instructor, and how many spots are still available.
2. Buying Credits
Before you can book, you need lesson credits on your account.
- Tap Buy Credits (or open the card-packages list).
- Choose the package you want (e.g., "10-Ride Card — €150").
- Confirm your purchase.
Your credit balance updates immediately. The cost is added to your next monthly invoice — no separate payment is taken at this point.
Your current credit balance is shown as a chip at the top of the Lessons screen. It refreshes automatically after each purchase or booking.
3. Booking a Spot
- Tap on the lesson you want to attend.
- If you have enough credits and the lesson is not full, tap Book.
- One credit is deducted from your balance and your name is added to the roster.
If the lesson is already full, the Book button is replaced with a "Full" indicator.
4. Checking Your Bookings
Your upcoming booked lessons appear on the Lessons calendar with a "Booked" badge. You can also see them in your booking history.
5. What Happens on the Day
Show up at the time and location listed on the lesson card. Your instructor will mark you as Attended after the session.
If you do not show up and did not cancel in advance, the instructor may mark you as a No-show. The credit you spent on that booking is not refunded for a no-show — see Cancellation Policy for how to avoid losing credits.
