Settings​

  • Layout:
    • grid: Neatly arranged boxes.
    • carousel: A swipeable horizontal slider.
    • list: A vertical list with small thumbnails, like a news feed.
  • Style: default, featured (first post is giant), magazine, editorial (numbered index list - the article image stays hidden and slides open when a visitor hovers over a row; on phones it shows as a small thumbnail instead).
  • Columns: (2 or 3).
  • Max Items: How many articles to fetch.

Editorial Style​

The editorial style offers a typography-first, magazine-like experience for your blog feed. It replaces standard grid cards with full-width rows separated by hairline dividers. Each row features a two-digit index number, a slim meta column (date, read time, category), a large display-serif title, a one-line excerpt, and a subtle arrow affordance.

  • Desktop: The featured image is hidden by default and reveals itself inside the row via a smooth animation alongside a slight title indent shift when the visitor hovers over the row.
  • Mobile & Touch: On smaller screens where hover isn't available, a compact, always-visible thumbnail appears on the right side of the row.
  • Accessibility: Fully respects 'prefers-reduced-motion' settings by disabling the hover reveals and transitions for users who prefer minimal movement.
